Lifestyle coaching implies mental training, fitness training and nutrition coaching, such that everything fits nicely into your every-day-life like a glove. Our main goal is to help you create a stress-free environment for a generally more healthy and pleasant life.


Mental Coaching

“Mens sana in corpore sano”

What matters is the mind.
Talent, engagement and diligence comparatively only contribute as much as 20%.

Step by step you'll learn with me how to settle on the right mindset, as well as the necessary tricks and techniques to achieve your goals in a more self-confident, focused and determined way. You'll discover the true meaning behind the famous words: „I think, thus I am.“


Performance Training

Here we'll create a sports-specific training concept and adapt it individually to your needs. It doesn't matter whether you're a beginner or an advanced athlete: here we will measure with some tests how the initial situation really is.

We will optimize the athlete's performance and overall regeneration via precisely tailored training sessions, diet, supplements consulting and mental coaching.

Maximum strength, muscle growth, coordination training, plyometrics, functionality, mobility, periodisation with competition preparations.

From 6 to 24 months.


Nutrition Coaching

In a nutrition coaching program you learn the basics and tricks to adapt your body to a new, healthy and long-term diet.

Be it to build more muscle, unleash more performance in a specific sport or to burn body fat.

In our seminar series “Progress Is Success” we discuss each of these topics, which ultimately are going to help you on your way to the “POWERFUL YOU”.

Here, our 4 basic pillars build up the fundaments:
